with those who have bad credit or for use as emergency phones tucked away in

commanders, since they can be difficult or impossible to track, the phones

Iran. Al-Mughassil was born in Saudi Arabia on June 26, 1967 and speaks
Arabic and Farsi.

terrorist organization. He was born on October 16, 1966 in Tarut, Saudi
Arabia and is a Saudi Arabian citizen, but is a lawful permanent resident of
the United States. Al-Yacoub’s current location is unknown, but he is
believed to be in Iran, Syria, or Lebanon.

Ali Atwa is alleged to be a member of the Lebanese Hezballah terrorist
organization. Atwa was born in Lebanon and is believed to be in Lebanon,
though his exact location is unknown.

Izz-al-Din was born in Lebanon in 1963. He is allegedly a member of the
Lebanese Hezballah terrorist organization and is believed to currently be in

Mugniyah, Imad Fayez
Born in Lebanon in 1962, Imad Mugniyah directs Hezbollah’s international
terrorist operations. Imad Mugniyah helped to plan the 1983 Marine barracks
attack in Beirut, which killed 241 U.S. servicemen. As director of
Hezbollah’s external operation, Mugniyah has established terrorist cells in
Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, West Africa, and South America’s
tri-border region (where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay intersect).
Nasrallah, Hassan
Hassah Nasrallah, born in 1960 in Beirut, was influenced by fundamentalist
Islamic teachings from a young age. During the Lebanese Civil War, he came
in contact with the Shi’ite Amal militia. After Iran sent members of its
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corpts into Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley to foment
Shiite jihad against Israel, Nasrallah and his followers left Amal and
formed the Iranian-backed Hezbollah.
Abdel-Rahman, Omar Ahmad Ali
Omar Ahmad Ali Abdel-Rahman was born on May 3rd, 1938, in the small Egyptian
village of Al Gamalia, in the Nile Delta. He earned admission to an Islamic
boarding school and then to Al Azar University in Cairo, the apex of the
worldwide system of Islamic education. He graduated in 1965 and was sent to
preach in a town called Fedemin on the outskirts of Fayoum, about 60 miles
south of Cairo.

On December 17, 2003 in Tennessee, Sami Fattouh Abdelfattah attempted to
board an airplane headed for Jordan with over $10,000.00 concealed on his
body and in his luggage. When questioned by a United States Customs and
Boarder Control Officer, Abdelfattah falsely claimed he had $7,000.00 in
currency, when in fact he had over $10,000.00.
Abdullah, Abdullah Ahmed
Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah has been indicted for murder of U.S. nationals
outside the United States, conspiracy to murder U.S. nationals outside the
United States, and attack on a federal facility resulting in death in
connection with the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania. These
terrorist attacks killed 224 innocent civilians and wounded over 5,000
others. Abdullah fled Nairobi, Kenya on August 6, 1998 and went to Karachi,
Pakistan. His current location is unknown, though he is thought to be in
Afghanistan.

Saif al-Adel is a former colonel in the Egyptian army special forces, and a
reputed member of Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Al-Adel has been indicted for
conspiracy to kill United States nationals, to murder, to destroy buildings
and property of the United States, and to destroy National Defense utilities
of the United States, largely in connection with the 1998 US Embassy
bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.

Anas Al-Liby has been indicted for conspiracy to kill United States
nationals, to murder, to destroy buildings and property of the United
States, and to destroy National Defense utilities of the United States in
connection with the bombings of the US embassies in Tanzania and Kenya in
1998. These attacks resulted in the death of 224 innocent civilians and
wounded over 5,000 others.
al-Zawahiri, Ayman He has been indicted for conspiracy to kill
United States nationals, to murder, to destroy buildings and property of the
United States, and to destroy National Defense utilities of the United
States, largely in connection with the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Kenya and
Tanzania. In 1999 he was sentenced to death in absentia in Egypt. The U.S.
State Department has a $5 million reward for information leading to his
arrest.
