Shipping & Returns
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:
SSRsi uses multiple vendors for maximum discounts - which we pass on to you. We are only able to do this by requiring a Minimum Purchase requirement of $100.00. This minimum may be reached by ordering one item, multiples of the same item, or any number of individual items - as long as the order, before shipping, totals $100.00 or more. ORDERS FAILING TO MEET THIS MINIMUM MAY BE DENIED and REFUNDED - less processing fees of up to $35.00.
SHIPPING:
Because we use multiple vendors, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please do not become alarmed if your entire order is not enclosed in your initial package. Upon successful completion of your order you will receive, within 24 hours of ordering, an e-mail from SSRsi informing you of the number of vendors and an estimate of the number of packages to expect. If for some reason you do NOT receive this e-mail, please use the CONTACT buttons found on any page of the website to receive an update. Orders placed generally ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.
RETURNS:
Defective Merchandise:
Items with a manufacturers defect need to be returned, depending on the vendor within 5-15 days of receipt. Some of our vendors require a return authorization number before returning for replacement or refund. SSRsi will honor all claims for defective merchandise whether our vendors do or not - as long as you contact us with your concern within 24 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. This means that you must inspect the contents of your packages as soon as possible after receiving them. Items must be returned unused in the original packaging. If the shipping container is damaged, you may need to file a claim with the delivery company.
Surplus Items:
Surplus items are often sold in used condition. We make every attempt to describe the condition of these items to you. While they are not refundable to our vendors, SSRsi will allow for a CREDIT to be used on our website in lieu of a cash refund upon return of the item in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
